The Charlotte Knights want Mecklenburg County and Charlotte to chip in $26.6 million toward a $40 million overhaul at Truist Field. Chief Operating Officer Dan Rajkowski pitched a three-way split Tuesday. The team would contribute $13.4 million, while each government would pay $13.3 million.
